I never thought I'd order a diet product like Avesil. I'm a pretty fit guy. I live in New York, which means that I walk a lot, and I also try to run a few miles 2-3 times a week at least. But I got a new job about 6 months ago. It's a desk job, which translates into a lot of deli sandwiches and 8 hours of total inertia, 5 days a week. Then on the weekends I'm pretty beat. So I probably shouldn't be surprised that I've noticed my jeans are getting a little tight. I'm 29, so this is a pretty embarrassing, as I'm sure you can imagine. One of my coworkers shot me an email a few weeks ago about a new herbal diet supplement he's trying out called Avesil. It's only been on the market a couple months, and he was going off about it. He's a pretty cynical guy, so when I heard him saying all this positive stuff about Avesil, I figured it was worth a try (they have a money back guarantee, awesome!)
So how's Avesil working out for me?? So far, so good! I don't know much about the alleged "thermogenic" process involved with this pill, but I do know that literally the first day, when I took it in the morning, I only felt like eating half of my usual ham and swiss sandwich at lunch, and I totally skipped the chips that the guy throws in for free (still ate the pickle.) It was the craziest thing, I just wasn't hungry! Same thing happened the next day too. Also, I usually run around the reservoir in Central Park (1.5 miles) and after a few days of Avesil, I found I was going around 1 1/2 times instead of just one. I wasn't even out of breath. I'm definitely going to stick with Avesil to see how it works (haven't dared to get on the scale yet, saving that for the one-week mark.) I'll let you know!
